Lightweight Two-Piece Discs for Mercedes, Jaguar Land Rover & Tesla 

Due to a comparable solution with current composite two piece discs, which is developed and patented by our supplier, we are able to provide similar composite brake discs, manufactured in Europe, for Mercedes Benz, Jaguar Land Rover and Tesla vehicles. Each product is certified by an ECE R90 approval which enables them to be used as replacements in these vehicles. Our solution boasts greater technical benefits at majorly reduced prices.

Bespoke, Customisable Brake Discs

We provide PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) and LMD (Laser Metal Deposition) coatings which are cutting-edge technologies that are applied to brake discs to provide a range of benefits, including improved performance (making them more effective and reliable), longer lifespan (reducing the need for frequent replacements), 60% reduction in brake dust pollution and enhanced aesthetics (colour & engraving) to really make your vehicle stand out!.

Hard Coating

We offer a hard coating solution (LMD coating + Long Term Corrosion Protection (Aludur)) which can be applied to any brake rotor on the market, providing a multitude of technical advantages to the standard cast iron discs utilised in the automotive industry today:

 

  • Achievement of Euro 7 legislation requirements

  • Cost effective coating system via mono layer 

  • For final machining, turning can be used

  • Discs are fully protected against corrosion (Friction surface via laser cladding & rest of the disc via Aludur)

Long Term Corrosion Protection (Aludur) 

We are able to offer an 'Aludur' coating as a solution which is specifically developed to provide technical benefits for brake discs used by electric vehicles, including:

  •  Corrosion protection, eliminating corrosion throughout the entire service life of the brake disc

  • Up to 50% wear reduction of the brake rotor

  • Increased comfort behaviour

  • No need for control systems to clean off the discs, which ensures a consistently good visual appearance of the disc
